• Your email address (when you sign in with Google).
• The links you create and the click counts associated with them.
• Payment information handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Basic technical logs automatically generated by our hosting providers (error logs, performance logs). These logs do not contain marketing identifiers or tracking cookies.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
No tracking cookies. No ads. No profiling.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to:

• Operate the core features (short links and click counts).
• Let you sign in securely.
• Process your subscription through Stripe.
• Maintain the reliability and security of the service.

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it for advertising.

Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We rely on a few trusted providers to run Smoo.link:

• Supabase Inc.
  Purpose: Database, authentication, and storage.
  Location: USA (AWS)
• Stripe Inc.
  Purpose: Payments and subscription management.
• Vercel Inc.
  Purpose: Hosting the website, API routes, and serverless functions.
• Google LLC
  Purpose: OAuth login.

These providers process data strictly on our behalf and under data protection agreements.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems within 30 days, except for information we legally need to keep (for example, invoices).

Your Rights (EU and Other Regions)

You can request to:

• Access the data we have about you.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Correct your information.
